Genesis was founded in 2018 as The Salt Influence, starting out in social media management. As the creative work expanded, so did the expertise — by 2020, it had evolved into a full creative studio dedicated to elevating brands with artistry and strategy.
Today the studio focuses on what it does best: brand, commercial, and experiential design. Supported by a close network of trusted collaborators, that hand-crafted work has fueled million-dollar launch days and massive brand growth for lifestyle brands nationwide.
Meet Haley Staverosky.
A Pepperdine University alumna with a background in media production, Haley honed her expertise in social strategy, influencer relations, and video production in West Hollywood — before returning to her roots in Colorado.
She believes entrepreneurship is one of the greatest tools for freedom and impact, and champions the idea of the "sunset CEO" — someone who finds fulfillment in business while still making time for life's most beautiful moments.
