Founded in 2018 as The Salt Influence, we originally focused on social media management. But as our creativity expanded, so did our expertise. By 2020, we had evolved into Genesis Creative Company, a fully realized creative studio dedicated to elevating brands with artistry and strategy.

Today, we’ve niched down to what we do best—design. We specialize in brand design, commercial, and experiential design, using hand-crafted elements to bring unique brands to life. Our work has fueled million-dollar launch days, unforgettable retail collections, and massive brand growth. Our Founder

Meet Haley Staverosky, the creative force behind Genesis Creative Company. A Pepperdine University alumna with a background in media production, Haley honed her expertise in social media strategy, influencer relations, and video production while working in West Hollywood before returning to her roots in Colorado.

Haley is passionate about fitness, wellness, and all things creative. She’s married to her husband (who rocks a sleeve of tattoos) and they have a 100lb Rhodesian Ridgeback pup named Scout. Coffee, sunshine, and the ocean fuel her creativity, but above all, she believes entrepreneurship is one of the greatest tools for freedom and impact.

Rooted in faith and driven by a belief in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, Haley champions the idea of the "sunset CEO" — someone who finds freedom and fulfillment in business, making time for life's most beautiful moments, like watching the sunset.
